The Beginning
Lost Highway Studio is a Go!
First of all thank you for showing interest in Lost Highway Studio. Lost Highway is truly a passion project, and truly an individual company. There is no angel donor, investment group, or corporate bank that has managed its way to influence or steer the direction of the studio. I pride myself in taking what I have learned in over two decades and apply that knowledge and skills into what I do for my clients no matter the size or scope of the project. Lost Highway Studio has been gestating in my mind for the last four years as a thought, then a working entity, and now a preeminent production house.
Unofficially, Lost Highway started out as a podcast idea that a friend of mine asked me to do with him. The idea of the podcast was more of a reason for him and I to have a discussion every week like we used to when I first got married and moved away. The podcast itself, itsallprowrestling.com, started as a run of the mill review style podcast focused on the mainstream world of professional wrestling. As the series grew, so did the bandwidth of conversation and subject. Now, It’s All Pro Wrestling is a mainstay in the alternative wrestling sphere of influence, with subjects ranging from the vast array of levels of professional wrestling, to creating fictional storylines that reflect not only wrestling, but the world at large. Through the use of its website and social media, It’s All Pro Wrestling has been a source for all things professional wrestling related in the Rocky Mountain Region. The website as turned into a way for both fan, promoter, and wrestler alike to get information about what is happening, and what should be paid attention to.
As It’s All Pro Wrestling began to take off, I was brought on as an co-producer and editor of Mirr Ranch Group’s, The Land Bulletin Podcast. The Land Bulletin is a podcast that focuses in on the lifestyle of ranchers and land owners of the West. The Land Bulletin is the first of its kind in the ranch real estate industry. Every week the podcast features aspects of West concentrated on the ranching lifestyle in the region. In the early autumn of 2023 my role within the podcast turned into becoming the Executive Producer of the podcast. This, as well as other freelance work I was taking on, is when I had decided that the idea of becoming a bonafide production house. Lost Highway Studio was born.
While Lost Highway Studio is still in its infancy, I am enthusiastic to see where its future will will take it.
